• 9 skeins Sun-Glo Shrinkproof 3 ply Wool. This wool can be substituted with modern materials to achieve a gauge of 9 rows x 7 stitches across 1 x 1 inches. 
• Knitting needles size UK 10/3.25mm.
• Knitting needles size UK 12/2.75mm. 
• 7 buttons.
