Pamela Dressing Gown

This is a gorgeous floor length dressing gown in fan lace, with a belt, button down yoke and lovely little collar. The listing is for a digital download of a vintage knitting pattern, taken from the Patons & Baldwins Specialty Knitting Book No. 133. This book is from the early 1940s and featured various women’s sleepwear patterns. 

The size is for 36 inch bust. 

Materials required:

• 7 balls Beehive Silversheen. This wool can be substituted with modern materials to achieve a gauge of 7 stitches to the inch in width. 
• Knitting needles size UK 7/4.5mm.
• Knitting needles size UK 9/3.75mm.  
• Medium size crochet hook. 
• Press studs. 
• 4 yards of silk for lining. 
• 3 metal rings. 
• ¼ yard of Petersham Ribbon. 
• 4 buttons.
