Lacy Jumper

This is a vintage knitting pattern for a lovely lacy jumper with an intricate pattern, short sleeves, an adorable collar and buttons down the front of the yoke as a closure. The pattern is taken from the Lux Book of 1950, a collection of family patterns including women’s, men’s and children’s garments. 

This pattern is made to fit a 34-36 inch bust.

Materials required for jumper:

• 11 ozs crochet wool. This wool can be substituted with modern materials to achieve a gauge of 8 stitches x 11 rows for 1 x 1 inches in pattern. 

• Knitting needles size UK 10/3.25mm.

• Knitting needles size UK 12/2/75mm. 

• 6 small buttons.

• Length of ribbon.
