Hostess Bobble Sweater

This pattern is a lovely sweater with very structured sleeves, bobble motifs and vertical ribbing across the body. A lovely combination of very 1940s attributes, all on one sweater which still looks so wearable! This listing is for a PDF digital download, and the pattern is from the 1940s. The book this pattern is taken from is the Sun-glo Series 66 knitting book, and the pattern is number 2864, called 'Hostess'. 

This sweater fits a 32/34 inch bust measurement, with instructions for a 36 inch bust by increasing the needle size. 

Materials required:

- 6-8 skeins of Sunbeam 'Shrinkproof' or 'Sunbeam' 3 ply fingering wool, or modern equivalent to achieve tension of 7 stitches x 9 rows, in 1 x 1 inches. 

- Knitting needles size UK 10/3.25mm

- Knitting needles size UK 12/2.75mm
