Diagonal Eyelet Sweater with Bobbles

This pattern is for a lovely short sleeved sweater with a lace collar, puffed shoulder shaping, diagonal yarn overs and bobbles to create a textured lace pattern. This listing is for a PDF digital download for a women's vintage knitting pattern 'Scarborough' from the Sun-Glo Summer Knitteds Series 44 pattern book. The book this pattern is taken from appears to be c. 1940s.

The size is for 32/34 inch bust but also includes instructions for modifying to a 36 inch bust by sizing needles up to UK 9/3.75mm needles instead of UK 10/3.25mm needles.

Materials required:
- 5/6 skeins 'Sun-glo' Shrinkproof or Sunbeam 2 ply vintage fingering weight yarn, which can be substituted with modern materials to achieve specified gauge of 7 stitches x 9 rows for 1 x 1 inches.
- Knitting needles size UK 10/3.25mm
- Knitting needles size UK 12/2.75mm
