Country Life Cables Jacket

This pattern is for a jacket with a structured waist, wonderful structured sleeves and cables down the front and sleeves. This listing is for the PDF digital download for this pattern, and the jacket is c. 1940s. The book this pattern is taken from is the Sun-glo Series 66 knitting book, and the pattern is number 2855, called 'Country Life'. 

This pattern measures a 32/34 inch bust, however also includes instructions for a 36 inch bust by going up a needle size. 

Materials:

- 10-12 skeins Sun-glo 'Shrinkproof' or 'Sunbeam' 4 ply fingering wool, or modern equivalent to reach a tension of 14 stitches x 17 rows, across 2 x 2 inches. 

- Knitting needles size UK 10/3.25mm

- Knitting needles size UK 2.75mm
