Boy's Pullover

This is a vintage knitting pattern for boy’s pullover with a detailed rib stitch for elasticity, long sleeves, and a high neckline for warmth. The pattern is taken from the Lux Book of 1950, a collection of family patterns including women’s, men’s and children’s garments. 

This pattern is made to fit a 28-29 inch chest.

Materials required:

• 8 ozs 4-ply wool. This wool can be substituted with modern materials to achieve a gauge of 13 stitches x 18 rows for 2 x 2 inches in pattern. 

• Knitting needles size UK 9/3.75mm.

• Knitting needles size UK 12/2/75mm. 

• DPNs size UK 12/2.75mm.
